You will learn to recognize your personal strengths, challenge automatic thoughts, and apply adaptable skills to solve problems in new and innovative ways. The goal is to provide you with the tools to find your own path back to "green"

Participants will develop trust and respect among team members while learning to break down barriers and develop effective strategies together.
